Warranty

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and strive to deliver them to you in impeccable condition. However, there are instances when an order might incur damage during transit or unforeseen events arise that warrant a claim for warranty. According to European law, we are responsible for addressing any lack of conformity that becomes evident within two years of the goods being delivered. You may also have additional rights as per Dutch law.

In the event that you identify or come across a defect in the product, it is essential to notify us within a reasonable timeframe. A reasonable period is deemed to be at least two months. In certain circumstances, a period exceeding two months might also be considered acceptable.

Upon timely communication, we will take steps to facilitate a free repair or replacement.
